Our fees are flat rate based at $85 minimum service call. Our rate of $25 for each additional 15 minutes is labor based. Each job is evaluated by the technician for parts and any additional labor required. This will be quoted to you before the job begins. These fees were developed from an analysis of Appliance Doctor expenses generated to give the service level "you" are accustom. This means analyzing cost of insurances, payroll,building expenses, trucks, parts,equipment and of course training in developing our rate program. Our technician in the home is only a small part of providing the service you require and expect. Please remember that the aforementioned items calculate into your total bill from Appliance Doctor.
